• Activation details, approved devices, and private links may not be resold, published, or shared

You may not use the service to monitor someone without their knowledge, defeat a security or usage limit, automate question submissions, harass, deceive in a transaction, or break the law.

• No reverse engineering, abusive automation, or deliberate service overloading

We aim to maintain a reliable service, but updates, outages, browser changes, and provider interruptions may occur. Features may evolve to preserve security, stability, or compliance.

Fourthwall processes payment and receipts. Refunds and mandatory consumer rights follow the terms shown at sale and applicable law. Access may be suspended after a refund, fraud, abusive sharing, or material breach.

Magic Séance retains rights in Observer, its Studio, and its performance processes. Astromancy.guide separately retains rights in its brand, original text, graphics, data compilations, and documented methodology, subject to identified third-party licences.
